What You'll Do
As our Service Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of your branch - leading field teams, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring every job is done right the first time. You'll be the go-to for technicians, the voice of reason in the chaos, and the driver of results.
Your mission:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field technicians to deliver exceptional service.
Own the service schedule - from emergency calls to preventive maintenance.
Ensure safety is more than a checklist - it's a culture.
Review and approve quotes, track KPIs, and drive profitability.
Keep trucks, tools, and techs ready for anything.
Run weekly huddles that actually matter - sharing wins, solving problems, and building team momentum.
What You Bring
Experience managing service or field operations (facilities, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
A leadership style that's hands-on, high-energy, and people-first.
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for process improvement.
Tech-savvy with service ticketing systems and quoting tools.
A passion for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Hands on approach in solving problems.
