AAST is a public charter school in South Minneapolis, serving grades 6-12 students. The school provides a rigorous, integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math(STEM) education that supports whole student development and pathways to college and careers in STEM. This program nurtures collaboration among teachers, parents, and school leadership while improving student learning and achievement through implementing the Three Frames of Success Model. ()

Qualifications desired (but not limited to):
Appropriate Minnesota teaching license (ABS, ASD, LD, and/or EBD license). Willing to get a Tier 1 license for the most qualified candidates who are willing to pursue a career in teaching
Success working with diverse students
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with peers
Willingness to receive coaching and instructional feedback
Willingness and eagerness to integrate STEM across the curriculum
