Superintendent - Roofing Division

Jancewicz & Son is now hiring a Superintendent for our Roofing Division . Responsibilities will include but are not limited to planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of roofing projects, managing crews, and ensuring safety compliance. The Superintendent must conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the completion of work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards as well as proper material handling and usage on the job site. The ideal candidate must have leadership skills, provide a positive influence in their work environment, the ability to motivate and guides others, delegate tasks and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate will have a solid understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, crew management and safety regulations. The Superintendent will also be responsible for promoting a continuous improvement, positive and safe culture.
