Hours: Flexible part-time (weekday afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
We're hiring! Monmouth Squash & Swim is seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic part-time year round swim instructors to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting your teaching journey or you've been helping kids swim for decades, we want to meet you.

What We're Looking For
A love for teaching and helping kids grow in water confidence
Strong communication with kids and parents
Comfortable teaching in the water (hands-on instruction)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience is a plus, but we welcome all backgrounds:
New instructors: We provide shadowing, support, and optional certification reimbursement
Experienced instructors (5-10 yrs): We value your ability to take ownership of teaching blocks and support curriculum development
Veteran instructors (15+ yrs): We offer leadership and mentorship opportunities with premium scheduling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
