The hourly pay rate for this position is $50-$55 per hour.
The Role

This role will be the aligned to support hiring in Fidelity Brokerage and Fidelity Enterprise Services.
Collaborate with business leaders discussing talent trends, hiring performance using data to drive accountability and process improvement
Work with team leaders to comprehend unit objectives, job requirements, and develop recruitment plan.
Lead full life cycle hiring from intake to offer
Source, engage, screen, and sell career opportunities
Use your deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
Understand a highly technical and complex business product
Participate in or lead recruitment projects/initiatives
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience within a corporate recruiting role and agency experience is preferred
Demonstrated experience of end-to-end recruiting process for highly technical positions
Agile approach and comfortability delivering talent in an iterative and collaborative environment (tools include Mural, Teams, etc.)
Experience with sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
Demonstrable experience with all recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates, networking, market trends and relationship management across leadership and individual contributor roles
Exposure to various compensation package structures including cash, variable pay, and other incentives
Proven experience using a variety of sourcing tools and resources to discover and attract candidates
Deeply detail oriented and have an ability to maintain momentum in a dynamic, high touch business environment
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at different levels in an organization
Leveraging recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential talent and ensure ongoing talent pipelines (Workday (ATS), Sourcing tools, etc.)
Keeping informed of sourcing standard methodologies and emerging tools/technologies to
