We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tent Installer & Field Foreman to join our team.
Job Summary: As a Tent Installer & Field Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and dismantling of tents and related equipment at various event sites. You will work with a team of installers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation: Assess event sites, plan layouts, and ensure proper site preparation for tent installation, including staking and anchoring.
Equipment Handling: Safely load, transport, and unload tents, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect all installations for stability, safety, and overall quality. Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications. Work through a checklist to make sure the truck has everything we need.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients on-site to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or dismantling process.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, equipment usage, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of tents and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition for each event.
Setup: Work with the team to safely and efficiently set up our event tents, dance floors, staging, tables and chairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
