We are seeking a Title Attorney to join our dynamic law office in the beautiful mountain town of Durango, Colorado . This position is ideal for a new or early-career attorney interested in real estate law and title work. You'll work closely with experienced title attorneys, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify title defects and draft curative documents
Collaborate with oil and gas operators
Draft Oil and Gas Title Opinions
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
Maintain organized case files and documentation
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active New Mexico, Colorado or North Dakota bar license-or ability to obtain one promptly
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Interest in real property and willingness to learn
Prior experience in real estate, title work, or legal clerking is a plus, but not required
