Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Retail Partner Operations Specialist to manage and facilitate our new business-to-business (B2B) pharmacy initiatives. This role will be crucial in establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales growth in this new channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international retail partners and distributors, including CVS, Walgreens, and other pharmacy chains.
Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management with retail partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, E-commerce, Merchandise, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure alignment of product launches and promotional strategies.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights to optimize product placement and marketing strategies within retail stores.
Assist in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise in the retail partner network.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the B2B retail sector.
Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, B2B sales, or account management, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and retail partner dynamics.
Understanding of supplements product benefits and familiarity with related paperwork.
Experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the supplements industry is highly preferred.
The company is also considering expanding sales channels in Puerto Rico, so proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
