One Civil Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of hands-on litigation experience

Civil Litigation AttorneyResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from pre-suit through trial
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
Conduct legal research, case analysis, and trial preparation
Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and outside experts to develop strong case strategies
Provide strategic advice and regular updates to clients
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
3-5 years of experience in either civil litigation
Strong trial presence and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
