Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Neurology in Cincinnati, OH

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Locum Physician specialized in Neurology to provide critical inpatient care in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic hospital environment, supporting patient needs during a transitional period until September or October. Utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional care to adult patients in urgent need, and enjoy the flexibility of a locum arrangement while contributing to a respected healthcare team.

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Proven experience in inpatient neurology practice
• Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and treatments
• Proficiency in interpreting radiologic exams, EEGs, EMGs, and brain death assessments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with thrombolytic therapy and acute stroke management
• Prior locum or hospital-based neurology experience
• Additional certifications in neurodiagnostic procedures or certifications preferred but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in adult neurology
• Previous experience in hospital settings, preferably with Epic EMR

Other Requirements:

• Able to commence work as soon as credentialing is completed
• Willingness to travel and stay lodging approximately $150/night or as per standards
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
• Ability to work a 24-hour shift as scheduled, TBD
