EPS seeks a motivated and detail-oriented workers' compensation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team for Los Angeles and Orange County matters. EPS has a history of over 60 years in California, with success throughout California, and its attorneys are frequent speakers and publishers on workers' compensation topics. Position is hybrid and can be primarily remote.
EPS seeks a workers' compensation defense associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience, which will include WCAB appearances, deposing applicants and medical experts, on the record trials with witness testimony and cross-examination, legal research, drafting and responding to pleadings, effective and responsive communication with clients, and capturing time. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, detailed, has a firm grasp on workers' compensation law and procedure, and is dedicated to being part of a growing team.
