Accounting & HR Director for Property Management

McKee Commercial Real Estate

Old Town, San Diego, CA

Position Type: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F

_ About Us: _

McKee Commercial is dedicated to serving San Diego's commercial property owners. Our expertise includes commercial vacancy leasing, commercial property management, commercial property management accounting, and commercial real estate sales across San Diego County, catering to retail, office, and industrial asset types from 10,000 SF to 125,000 SF.

Formed in 2013 as a "company within a company" by Keith Herbert, McKee Commercial has rapidly grown into a full-service commercial real estate entity of McKee Company, which was originally established in 1982.

_ Opportunity: _

Due to our company's growth, we have outgrown the capacity of our long-term CPA, who has been managing both our Commercial and Residential divisions. We are now creating two separate Accounting Director roles. Our current Accounting Director will now focus exclusively on the Residential Division and will help train the new Director of Accounting for the Commercial Division.

If you have a strong background in property management accounting, hold a CPA license, and have HR experience, we would love to hear from you!
