Base Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 annually _(plus significant bonus potential)_

Minimum Qualifications: Montana State Bar License

Work closely with clients by listening to their needs and providing a high level of legal and customer service
Demonstrate leadership by effectively leading client consultation and meetings
Communicate effectively

Mentor other legal staff and be mentored
