From contract disputes and defect claims to arbitrations, mediations, and trials, you'll be working side-by-side with some of Arizona's most trusted construction law attorneys and building a portfolio of wins that gets noticed.

Your Role
Take the lead in all phases of construction-related disputes
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to deliver top-tier results
Grow your practice through client development and community engagement
What We're Looking For
2-4 years' litigation experience (construction litigation a plus)
Arizona bar license
Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to client service and results
