Job Title: Criminal Defense Trial Attorney
Location: Collin County, Dallas County, & Denton County.
Job Type: Full-Time (not remote).
Salary: Competitive base salary of $125,000 plus monthly commissions, individual performance-based bonuses, and team revenue bonuses. Ability to easily make in excess of $200,000+ for the right hardworking individual.
Experience: 2+ years in criminal defense (required).

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled, aggressive, but most importantly a client-focused criminal defense attorney who is passionate about defending the accused and achieving a satisfied client through all of your hard work and dedication. The ideal candidate is not just a legal professional but a strategic fighter who understands the courtroom and can navigate complex cases with precision and confidence. Must have some criminal jury trial experience.
Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases from intake through trial or resolution
Develop and execute winning defense strategies in state and eventually federal courts.
Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and argue hearing matters beyond the client's expectations.
Negotiate effectively with prosecutors to obtain favorable outcomes
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and their families
Work alongside an elite legal team dedicated to protecting our clients' futures
Qualifications
Texas Bar License (Required).
2+ years of criminal defense experience (preferred but not required).
Strong litigation and trial skills.
Strong people skills with empathy. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Passion for criminal defense and a relentless drive for client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
