Job Overview:

The Admissions Director Healthcare Career College supports the Senior Admissions Director in overseeing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students. This role involves managing recruitment activities, evaluating applications, and collaborating with various departments to meet enrollment goals. The Admissions Director plays a crucial role in shaping the student body and promoting the school's programs.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields.

Ø Strong knowledge of admissions processes, policies, and best practices.

Ø Knowledge of enrollment management strategies, industry trends, and best practices in student recruitment.

Ø Commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in admission practices.

Ø Provide leadership and guidance to the admissions team, setting goals and objectives to meet enrollment targets.

Ø Proven experience in admissions leadership or related roles within the higher education sector.

Ø Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and organizational skills.

Ø Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software.

Ø Ability to travel as needed for recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

Ø Assist in managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Ø Evaluate and review student applications, transcripts, and supporting documents.

Ø Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families to assess fit and eligibility.

Recruitment and Outreach:

Ø Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.

Ø Represent the school at recruitment fairs, community events, and school visits. Participate in school events, recruitment activities, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and attract a diverse pool of applicants.

Ø Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Ø Provide leadership and guidance to the admissions team, setting goals, and objectives to meet enrollment targets.

Ø Oversee the qualitative interview process to assess student readiness and fit for the program.

Student Support:

Ø Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.

Ø Answer inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Ø Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.

Ø Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in student recruitment and admission practices.

Data Management and Reporting:

Ø Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and applicant data.

Ø Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics, trends, and outcomes.

Ø Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and areas of growth.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Ø Work closely with the Senior Admissions Director to develop and implement admissions policies and procedures.

Ø Collaborate with faculty to enhance the student experience and support student success initiatives.

Ø Assist in training and supervising admissions staff and student ambassadors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
