DORADO DRILLING USA, Inc., is currently accepting resumes from qualified individuals to work at our Fairbanks, Alaska project. All accommodations and travel are provided.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Diamond Driller is responsibile for the safe operation, maintenance and production of the drill rig.
Some of the tasks include:
Work in a manner that will not endanger self, others or the environment
Set-up and tear down of the drills safely and productively in the proper alignment
Use and maintain tools and equipment safely
Recognize down hole problems and have the ability to address them
Ensure proper placement of core samples
Communicate clearly with crews, drill supervisor and client representatives
Manipulate the core sample tubes (place and retrieve)
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and client representatives
Good physical capacity and endurance
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Production oriented and career motivated
Valid Training and Experience Requirements:
OSHA
Valid First Aid and CPR
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the drilling industry
Heavy Equipment and Construction Training will be considered an asset
Valid Driver's License
Applicants must be drug and alcohol free
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Schedule:
4 weeks on and 2 weeks off
12-hour workdays
