Job Summary:
The Early Career Program Coordinator will design, execute, and support structured internships and graduate programs for a leading sustainable energy provider. This role is crucial during peak onboarding/offboarding cycles and focuses on streamlining intern/early-career integration, career development, and diversity strategies. The coordinator ensures a high-touch, inclusive experience for incoming talent while evaluating and improving program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement structured internships and early-career programs.
Coordinate placements, track progress, and manage onboarding/offboarding logistics.
Lead orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to interns and new graduate hires.
Establish and maintain mentorship initiatives and career development resources.
Organize workshops, career panels, and networking events.
Promote diversity and inclusion strategies within early-career hiring and programming.
Evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback, and apply continuous improvements.
Stay current on industry trends, campus recruiting strategies, and best practices.
Required Experience:
3-5 years in HR, talent development, university recruiting, or early career program management.
Proven experience coordinating structured programs like internships or rotational tracks.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with onboarding workflows and offboarding processes.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience supporting seasonal or cyclical hiring initiatives.
Background in utilities, energy, or highly regulated industries.
Involvement in university outreach or early-career brand building.
