Employment Litigation Attorney

Lara & Luna APC is an employment litigation firm that represents workers and executives against employers that violate their rights. We have positive reviews from our clients, a supportive administrative staff, and a group of experienced trial attorneys that work in a collaborative and collegial environment. We are looking to expand our firm with an attorney that has a strong interest in employee rights and strategic litigation. The successful candidate will be given valuable hands-on experience by appearing in court, handling discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for trial, and being part of our trial team.

We are looking for an attorney that has a strong work ethic, excellent writing, analytical, research and organizational skills. We seek an attorney that can work collaboratively as part of a team and take the initiative in advancing cases for our clients. Bilingual Spanish skills would be helpful but are not mandatory.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 or more depending on experience. We also offer eligibility for considerable bonuses, a 401k plan (with matching contributions from the firm), health insurance, dental, a firm-sponsored retirement plan with employer contributions, paid time off, and reimbursement of State Bar dues.
