Summary
We are seeking a Farm Laborer (possible housing included plus salary) to join our team at Abundance Farms. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our agricultural operations, ensuring that our cattle, greenhouse and farming activities are efficient and productive.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Maintain cattle and livestock.
Irrigate crops effectively to ensure proper hydration and growth.
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine repairs on equipment and tools as needed.
Collaborate with Farm Manager to enhance productivity and efficiency in farming practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in farm labor or agricultural work is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with greenhouse management practices is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on customer service.
Must be very animal/dog friendly.
