Responsibilities
Assist customers with financial inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Educate clients on financial products and services, promoting sales when appropriate.
Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
Maintain compliance with regulations, including obtaining a Life Insurance License, and also assist in fraud prevention efforts.
Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationships.

Duties
Assist clients with various banking services, including account openings, loan origination, and cash management.
Provide expert guidance on financial products and services to meet client needs.
Conduct thorough cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash register operations.
Monitor transactions for potential fraud detection and prevention.
Utilize retail math skills to assist clients in understanding their financial options.
Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
