Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled food items, ensuring high-quality meals for our customers.
Duties
Prepare and cook grilled food items according to menu specifications
Assist in menu planning and development - Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill area - Follow proper food handling procedures
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
Experience
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to use kitchen equipment including knives effectively
Experience in a dietary department is a plus
