Kitchen Staff

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Support kitchen staff in cooking and serving activities
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Assist with foodrunning to tables and dishwashing as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:

- Experience or willingness to learn about banquet and food preparation
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests
- Knowledge of basic kitchen tasks such as food handling and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Understanding of food safety practices and culinary principles
