An experienced and motivated tax attorney with 7-10 years of transactional tax law experience . Bonus if you have a background in tax controversy .

Key Qualifications:
Experience with partnerships, corporations, equity compensation, and trusts & estates
LL.M. in Taxation (required)
Rhode Island Bar Admission (or eligibility)
Strong academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Portable billings a plus (not required)
