Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and appearance of landscapes, lawns, and Commercial sites. This position requires a strong understanding of weed control, fertilizer, pesticide machinery operation, and effective application techniques. Duties
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to crops, lawns, and landscapes according to established guidelines.
Operate various types of application machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor plant health and identify pest issues.
Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal application techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites as required.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns regarding services rendered.
Experience
Previous experience in lawn care applications are preferred.
Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating machinery and using hand tools effectively.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on sales ability to promote services to clients.
A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
A Dot Medical Card
A PA Pesticide Applicators license is a plus
