Job Summary
The position is for a mid-level associate that has at least five years of litigation experience. Work will include preparing and responding to motions, drafting and responding to discovery, appearing in court, appearing for depositions, preparing for and second-chairing trials.
Requirements
5-7 year litigation experience for associate position (salary depends on experience)
Excellent legal research and writing skills
California bar license in good standing
Ability to handle complex legal disputes
Ideal Candidate
Candidate should be a self-starter and interested in learning
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience in business litigation
Some experience in transactional work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
