York Catholic Middle & High School is seeking to fill the position of Marching Band Assistant Director. Qualified candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the importance their position plays in all aspects of a student's developmental progress. Candidates must also be individuals rooted in faith, willing to support Gospel values, and willing to inspire students through their word and example to accept and live these values and teachings.
The Marching Band Assistant Director assists the Band Director in providing musical, movement, and/or auxiliary instruction for students and prepares them for performances as part of instruction. The assistant will also supervise students at performances, rehearsals, and on trips. Experience working with youth is preferred, as well as experience with instrumental music, dancing, marching, or related instruction. Please document this experience in your resume or cover letter. High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Federal, state, and diocesan clearances also required. This seasonal position runs May-November with a parade in March.

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per year
