We are seeking a talented Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Take and Defend Depositions
- Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
Experience:
- Proven experience in personal injury law
- Strong litigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
