Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to promoting health and wellness through effective teaching methods. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes, providing personalized instruction, and fostering a welcoming environment for all participants.
Duties
Conduct engaging Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
Educate clients on proper body mechanics and techniques to enhance their practice and prevent injuries.
Develop customized workout plans based on individual client needs and fitness goals.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and in good working condition.
Promote the benefits of Pilates through effective communication and fitness sales strategies.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals, including yoga instructors, sports coaches, and health club staff, to create a holistic approach to wellness.
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy knowledge, and exercise science to provide the best instruction possible.
Skills
Previous experience in Pilates.
Ability to design effective modern Pilates programs.
Strong knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy to ensure safe practice among clients.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
Ability to motivate individuals in a group setting while providing personalized attention as needed.
Be able to teach/speak in Spanish

Experience
Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Pilates Instructor: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
AED Certification (Preferred)
Pilates Certification (Preferred)
Competitive Compensation:
$40 flat rate with $10 bonus for 6+ attendees
instructors with less than 1 year experience $30 flat rate with $10 bonus for 6+ attendees

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
