Sacks Tierney is looking for a skilled litigator with 4-6 years' experience to take the lead on complex trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes, the kinds of cases that require equal parts sharp legal strategy, courtroom confidence, and human empathy.
This is not a back-office role. From day one, you'll be:
Owning sophisticated cases from start to finish
Arguing in court and at evidentiary hearings
Advising clients through some of their most challenging life moments
Collaborating with highly respected attorneys who have been shaping Arizona law for decades

4-6 years' probate litigation experience (trust and estate disputes, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship matters)
Arizona bar license
Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom skills
