PROJECT MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Primary Goal and Responsibility
Perform all office tasks necessary for project management and ensure customer satisfaction and job profitability in accordance with company standards and processes.
Technical Education and Skills Required
Proficient with computer based programs, specifically MS Office Suite.
Must be able to work without constant supervision and set and achieve goals.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
Willingness and motivation to learn and self-educate about materials related to the lighting industry including lamps, fixtures, low voltage systems, and installation.
Relationships
Establish strong relationship with the client's project team.
Establish relationships with a vast array of vendors and service organizations to provide timely and competitively priced materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
