As Roof Repair Mechanic , you will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, and leading the repair team. The Roofing Repair Mechanic must be organized and detail-oriented in order to operate the repair division efficiently. To be successful in this role, s/he must be able to prioritize tasks according to customer happiness, quality execution.
Roofing Repair Mechanic requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be highly experienced in multiple types of roofing
Possess the ability to diagnose leaks, accurately price and repair roofs
Be polite, dependable and prompt
Have the ability to manage a team and adhere to a schedule
Possess excellent people skills
Strong communication skills
Develop customer relationships and provide unrivaled customer service to create happy customers
Take initiative and make decisions with in-depth understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve results
Possess a valid drivers license & be insurable on the company insurance policy
Ability to navigate and resolve difficult situations
An upbeat, energetic, positive outlook, with a servant attitude towards his/her team
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
