We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This position is evenings and weekend hours.

Job Summary

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for all leasing activities, including attracting and retaining tenants, handling lease renewals, and maintaining positive tenant relations. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to ensure occupancy levels and build a welcoming community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Management:

Assist with all leasing operations, such as showing and leasing properties to prospective tenants.

Conduct property tours and provide information on availability, amenities, and lease terms.

Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements accurately and in a timely manner.

Follow up with prospective tenants and manage the application process to secure leases.

Host open houses and participate in community events to promote available properties.

Tenant Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Handle leases and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing activities.

Prepare regular reports on leasing status and market trends.

Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate.

Familiarity with fair housing laws and leasing regulations.

Skills:

Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
