The Role:
Oversee and Support a team of both Onsite and Remote Recruiters that are responsible for bringing the best of the best Sales reps weekly
Support the overall recruitment process and help us to grow in production and meet metrics
Build relationships with onsite and remote team
Work with high sense of urgency, this is high volume recruitment
Conduct a high volume of interviews daily
Manage and Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Act as mentor and subject matter expert to better guide and direct Recruiters
Drive team training and development
Always be solution oriented and team centric
Ensure team metrics are met
Lead and inspire team members who are working remotely
The Type of Person We Are Looking For:
Experienced, resourceful and competitive Recruiter with specific experience in head hunting and high volume strategies
Competitive and Team Oriented You succeed when your team succeeds, and you want to have the strongest team
Relationship Orientated - Put a high value on team building and customer service
Thrive in a fast paced environment, High Volume Recruiting requires multi-tasking, balancing of multiple priorities and supreme organization
Enjoy learning, as well as being coached and challenged
High school degree or equivalent
