Full Job Description
The Truck Stop Casino Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple 24-hour truck stop casinos. Duties include scheduling, supervising shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and accountable for funds assigned, and ensuring accurate documentation and secure handling.
Actively monitor staff performance, provide real-time coaching, and address issues with professionalism and consistency.
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and disputes with a focus on prompt, respectful, and customer-first service.
Promote a culture of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness among all staff. Lead by example to establish and maintain high service standards.
Train, mentor, and - when necessary - discipline employees to ensure compliance with company expectations and guest services standards.
Collaborate with Supervisors and Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
Ensure daily operations follow internal procedures as well as all local, state, and gaming regulatory requirements.
Monitor operations across multiple locations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have good math abilities
Must consent to complete background check
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to obtain Louisiana Video Draw Poker Employee Permit and maintain compliance with all Louisiana gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
Must be able to work in a smoking-permitted environment.
