Job Title: Yard Foreman - Boat Yard
Location: Alton Bay

We are seeking an experienced Yard Foreman to oversee daily operations at our busy boat yard. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong equipment operation skills and a proven ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee yard operations, including launching, hauling, and staging boats
Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, travel lifts, hydraulic trailers)
Tow and position boats safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
Coordinate with service teams and customers to ensure timely workflow
Supervise and support yard crew
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
Proven experience operating boat yard equipment
Ability to tow and maneuver boats of various sizes
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Leadership experience preferred
