About us
4 weeks paid vacation for full time back of the house staff, cooks and support team members, part time employees receive pro-rated paid time off.
We are the new restaurant operator at Glacier Park International Airport with new and exciting concepts. The Goat Haunt Saloon , Wild Horse Cantina, and On The Fly.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Help with menu planning and prep organization
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with other Kitchen and Front of the house staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a kitchen and fast pace food service environment
- Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, and fryers
- Excellent time management skills, sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions
- Experience in menu planning and catering is a plus
This position requires a reliable individual who can handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
