Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
Salary:
Beginning at $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and dedicated maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with the senior population and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves general and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our residents' comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC repair and troubleshooting
Painting and drywall repair
Electrical work
Carpentry tasks
Small appliance repair
Plumbing troubleshooting
Assisting with room-turns for new residents
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in general maintenance
HVAC certification (strongly preferred)
Ability to work at heights (rooftop HVAC repair)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service skills with a patient and kind demeanor
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
Successful background check
Pre-employment physical and drug test
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
