Seeking administrative assistant and property manager for a high end real estate company on the Peninsula. The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of our residential rental properties, including property management, construction management, and rent collection. The position requires a dynamic; self-motivated and detailed oriented team player. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent communications and computer skills are a must. College Degree preferred. Previous property management experience preferred. Real estate license preferred.

Administrative duties:

Check the mail
Keep Dropbox and file cabinet organized
Handle email and phone communications
Maintain team calendar
Set up showing appointments
Maintain office supply inventory

Property manager duties:

Marketing for vacant listings (photos, videos, writing property description)
Showings: schedule and host tours to prospective tenants
Leases: present leases to tenants and be able to explain all components (ie base rent, due dates, disclosures, etc)
Coordinate move in / move out procedures with tenants
Perform and document walkthroughs, and periodic inspections if needed
Coordinate with tenants and vendors to resolve maintenance requests
Interview and vet new vendors, assist with researching and obtaining quotes
Communicate with owners important issues (ie maintenance requests, move ins/outs, property insurance)
Responsible for overall rent collection and tenant communications

Desired skills:

Excellent PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Quickbook skills is a plus)
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Interpersonal skills (professionalism, punctuality, observant)
Professional and frequent communication with team and clients
Able to work efficiently and independently
Able to work in fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
Marketing skills is a plus
Ability to speak Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Real estate license preferred
Prior experience in property management preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
